What’s a holiday season without a performance of the Nutcracker!? The Yorkville Nutcracker, a full-length performance of the famous Tchaikovsky ballet choreographed by Francis Patrelle is playing this December for it’s 20th year!
Performed by Dances Patrelle, The Yorkville Nutcracker is set against the backdrop of Olde New York in a production that is not to be missed! Lovers of The Big Apple will be delighted to see famous landmarks as the backdrop for the story. I have seen the performances in the past few years and they are absolutely seamless and impressive. I’m always amazed how the kids who are performing can last through a two-hour-plus production and hold their own with the pros!
